WHAT TO EXPECT

At eAgent, we believe in celebrating the accomplishments of our Agents, Brokers and Franchise Offices every year at our annual Awards Gala. It's an event where our tribe can come together with their families for a night of great food, drinks and amazing awards. This year's event will be held once again at The Chapel on the beach in Gulfport, Mississippi at 6pm on May 9th, 2025.

7:00pm - 7:10pmJustin Allen - Founder/CEO

10 minute talk. Introduction speech by welcoming everyone to share in the accomplishments of the night's award winners.

7:10pm - 7:40pmEvolution Award Winners

Yari Garcia - Award Presentation to winners of the Evolution Award. This award is designed for agents who've had a $1,000,000+ year and looking to take this year to evolve to Top Producers.

7:40pm - 8:10pmElite Top Producer Award Winners

Bradley Keesee - Award Presentation to winners of the Elite Top Producer Award. This award is designed for agents who are in the top ten percent within the region across all eAgent offices.

8:10pm - 8:25pmAwards for the Top 3 Agents in Transactions

Steven Pascua - Award Presentation to the top three leaders of the Elite Top Producer Award. This award is designed for agents who are the top three agents within the region across all eAgent offices when it comes to total number of transactions.

Pat Heidingsfelder - Award Presentation to the top three leaders of the Elite Top Producer Award. This award is designed for agents who are the top three agents within the region across all eAgent offices when it comes to total annual volume.

8:55pm - 9:20pmRookie of the Year Award / 5K Jerseys

Kristin May - Rookie of the Year is only given to one agent who has produced the most transactions in their first full year in business. Also, custom eAgent running jerseys will be given to those who've participated in at least six of the eAgent 5K's from the previous year.

9:20pm - 9:35pmAwards for the Top 3 Brokers

Amy Brand - Award Presentation to the top three Brokers across all eAgent offices in the region. This award is designed for Brokers who operate their own eAgent franchise brokerage and still make time to serve their real estate clients.

9:35pm - 9:50pmAwards for the Top 3 Franchise Offices

Jennifer Huber - This award is designed for the top three franchise offices across the region.

9:50pm - 10:00pmExcellence Award / Vendor of the Year

Justin Allen - This award is designed to recognize the time and energy spent by one of our most trusted vendor partners. This year we will be recognizing our Vendor of the Year.

PRESENTERS FOR THE EVENING

Yaritza Garcia Regional Partner / Owner of eAgent United

Yari not only is the Principal Broker for her franchise, eAgent United, but also 2 other eAgent franchises. Her capacity to get things done would overwhelm most as she makes it look easy. Being from Puerto Rico, she was instilled with an amazing work ethic she got from her father.

Bradley Keesee Regional Partner / Owner of eAgent Gulf Coast

When you think of movers and shakers in the local real estate market, no one has been making a bigger splash than Bradley. He thinks big and follows it up with actions. His ability to help the agents in his office, eAgent Gulf Coast, and consistently be a top producer every year says a lot about who he is and his work ethic.

Steven Pascua Owner of eAgent VIP Realty

Steven Pascua has been an industry veteran on the Mississippi Gulf Coast since 2006 as an Agent. He has led teams to multi-million dollar production for years and in 2022 he stepped into the role of Broker/Owner of eAgent VIP Realty. His ability to get the deal done and work well with agents has earned him a great reputation among his peers.

Pat Heidingsfelder Owner of eAgent Solutions

Pat earned his stripes in real estate early on as an investor and got his real estate license in 2018. He then decided to open his own eAgent office in 2020. His ability to work with investors and lead them through his position as the President of the MS Coast Real Estate Investors Association has been inspiring to say the least. He also manages 150+ units with his property management company, MS Coast Rentals.

Kristin May Owner of eAgent Preferred

Kristin May started her journey with eAgent in 2024 as the first franchisee who converted her independent brokerage to an eAgent franchise office. Her strong will to succeed and want the very best for her agents make her one of the rising stars within our organization.

Amy Brand Regional Partner / Owner of eAgent Exhale

Amy Brand is a Mortgage Professional that epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of the real estate transaction. Amy is a family woman with a devotion to God, her three beautiful children & her adorable chihuahua, Lucy. Amy started her career in the mortgage industry over 20 yrs ago . Her knowledge of products and programs allows her the ability to help her borrowers find the program that best matches their individual needs.

Jennifer Huber Regional Partner / VP of Sales

As the VP of Sales and a Regional Partner for eAgent, Jennifer Huber has other activities that keep her busy. These include being the Managing Director of Gulf Coast Polka Dot Powerhouse, seasoned real estate investor, Realtor and advocate for mental health.

Justin Allen CEO of eAgent / Owner of eAgent Nexus

Since 2002, Justin Allen has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Mississippi. Investment Property has been a passion of his since the very first property he purchased in 1996. From there, he bought and sold over 100 personal investment properties. Justin went on to create the real estate franchise, eAgent, with his wife Darlene Allen.
